ASC 1 Base Coat is a gray, acrylic base coat for waterproofing and prolonging roof life.  This flexible and durable coating adheres to roofing substrates, such as asphalt and metal. ASC 1 Base Coat may be used as a base coat or as a top coat. Applied as a base coat, the protective coating withstands elongation  Used as a top coat reinforced with polyester fabric, the system significantly reduces roof temperature.
